Mindstix Foundation Trust believes in highly ethical service and delivering with dignity. We have embarked on a journey of making a change through technological means and general skill development. A major part of our skill development workshops and certifications aim to empower women and equip them with the required skills to help them take up employment and have a good standard of living. In the next few years, we aspire to extend our programs to a larger ambit of community development by focusing on environmental activities, and research and expanding the horizons of the general skill development programs that we currently offer.

We acknowledge the need for inculcating employability skills among the youth as the need of the hour in the business world, especially for retail businesses dealing in the manufacturing and distribution of products. A sustainable outlook can transform the business world on a micro level and thus they start early in creating a more durable outlook.
